付款前你能看到什麼

付款前,整本書的每一頁都免費畫給你看,每頁還可以重畫 2 次,另有六本完整範例書可翻。你買的就是你已經親眼看過、逐頁滿意的那本書。

Before paying, your entire book is drawn for you free — every page viewable, with 2 redraws per page — plus six full sample books. What you buy is the exact book you have already seen and approved page by page.

付款後(重要)

實體書為個人化客製印刷品:付款前你已親眼看過整本書的每一頁(含每頁 2 次重畫),完成付款即自動開始為你單獨印製——因此不適用七天鑑賞期/無理由退貨(客製化商品之合理例外),內容與個人喜好均不構成退款理由。每本書都是為你們全家單獨印製,無法轉售。

Hardcover books are personalized custom-printed goods. You saw every page of your book before paying (with 2 redraws per page), and printing starts automatically once you pay — so statutory cooling-off periods / no-reason returns do not apply (standard exception for personalized goods), and neither content nor change-of-mind is grounds for a refund. Every book is printed exclusively for your child and cannot be resold.

唯一退款情況:若因系統故障,你付了款我們卻始終無法把書生成交付給你,將全額退款。

The only refund case: if a system failure prevents us from ever generating and delivering your book after payment, we refund in full.

我們負責的情況

成書內容在付款前已由你逐頁確認(每頁含 2 次重畫),因此內容本身不構成退款理由。若遇到生產與運送環節的出包:印刷瑕疵、裝訂問題、運送或包裝損壞——請於出貨日起 20 天內Email 附上照片寄到下方信箱,我們會代你向印刷廠申訴,查證屬實即免費重印、重寄一本新的。逾期恕無法受理(印刷廠的申訴窗口有時效)。

You approve every page before paying (with 2 redraws per page), so the book's content itself is not grounds for a refund. For production and delivery failures — printing defects, binding issues, shipping or packaging damage — email us photos within 20 days of the shipment date. We will file the claim with the printer on your behalf; once verified, a new copy is reprinted and reshipped free of charge. Claims past the deadline cannot be accepted (the printer's claim window is time-limited).

寄信到 reports@wishpool.app(附訂單 Email 與問題照片),我們 3 個工作天內回覆。金流由 Paddle 處理,退款會原路退回。

Email us with your order email and photos; we reply within 3 business days. Payments are processed by Paddle and refunds return via the original payment method.
